All Tickets are non-refundable once purchased

If you have a ticket but can't attend the show, get in touch with us! While it is not possible to cancel tickets (see above), you can transfer your ticket to another person of your choice.

Please note that only the person named on the ticket will be granted access to the event, so you have to contact us if you want to pass your ticket to someone else.

For organisational reasons you must submit name at least 7 days prior to the event!

In case of a full cancellation of the event, the full ticket price will be refunded to you. In case of the cancellation of single event days, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

We do not take responsibility for any further costs involved in the postponement or cancellation of the event, such as hotel or travel cancellation fees.

Please let us know in advance if you want to attend our event and have any special needs concerning access or other details.

Ticketing and registration is handled by an external ticketing partner.

All amounts are subject to the Indonesian VAT of currently 10%, which is displayed seperately in the invoice.

If we haven’t received the due payment before the event date, you will not be able to attend the conference. You will still have a legally binding obligation to pay the full amount.

- Overseas buyer who buy the ticket with the local price:
It is mandatory for each buyer to show Identification Card(s) issued by Indonesian Government. If the buyer failed to do so, the cost difference will be charged on the spot.

- For Student
It is mandatory for each buyer to show Student Card(s). If the buyer failed to do so, the cost difference will be charged on the spot.

Local court is Jakarta.

Any amendments to these terms must be in writing in order to be valid. This applies also to the abrogation and the amendment of this written form requirement.

If any provision of these terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continues to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The parties agree to replace an invalid and/or unenforceable provision with a valid and/or enforceable provision which most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the invalid and/or unenforceable provision.
